The ER scan was poor and it is difficult to read but it is the same as the one used in Assignment 7. Do all the queries called for in Assignment 9 using both DRC and QBE. Ignore the references such as (Exercise 6.x) as they are irrelevant. Tuesday, October 21, 2003 Assignment 10 is due on 10/28/02. You should have already read Appendix D on QBE. Read chapter 8. Thursday, October 23, 2003 Some folks asked about insert into views during class. There is no insert; however, there may be some limited form of update see pages 259-261. We will discuss it more next time. Tuesday, October 28, 2003 Assignment 10 due date has be delayed until 11/4/2003. If you do not have access to a computer in which you can download the SQL ODBC View interface provided as part of Assignment 10, you can still complete the entire homework using only MicroSoft Access.
